The food you’ll enjoy at this restaurant draws on the great tradition of Turkish cuisine developed in Turkey during the times of the powerful Ottoman Empire. Turkey is located at the crossroads between the Mediterranean and the Far East resulting in a cuisine that is rich, exotic and varied. Turkish cuisine is known for being nutritious and healthy and has had a strong influence on other Mediterranean cuisines. We use only the finest ingredients to ensure the food we serve to you is authentic, delicious and highly nutritious.
Dips: Patlican Ezmesi, Havuc Ezmesi, Anadolu Ispanak, Homous, Cacik, Biber Ezmesi and Babagannuch
Appetizers: Yaprak Sarmasi, Pacanga Boregi, Sarimsakli Mantar, Mediterranean Style Piyaz Kofte, Yogurtlu Kabak Kizartmasi, Potato Salad, Mucver, Kabak Dolmasi, Biber Dolmasi and Ptlican Domasi all served with hot Turkish Bread.
Salads: Pomegranate Sour Salad, Rocket Salad, Season Salad and Ezme Salad
Pide: Kiymali, Sucuklu, Karisik, Chicken, Peynirli, Ispanakli, Chicken and Mushroom and Turkish Adana Lahmacun all served with choice of dip
Gozleme: Cheese and Spinach and Mince and Spices all served with choice of dip
Pizza: Mexicana, Vegetarian all served with salad and choice of dip
Mains: Lamb Sis, Chicken Sis, Adana Kebab, Sac Kavurmasi, Mixed Kebab and Iskender Kebab
Desserts: Baklava, Tas Kadayif, Buzme Tatli, Kadayif, Revani all either plain or serve with ice cream or cream.

The Turkish coffee we serve is brewed in the traditional way so that the aromatic flavours are preserved for your enjoyment. We can also serve you Turkish tea, Cappuccino, Flat White, Flat White, Short Black, Long Black, Latte or Hot Chocolate as well as Juice, Soft Drink, Salgam or Milk Shake.
As well as large plates generously brimming with delectable, delicious and beautiful Turkish food, one thing that you’ll notice is the restaurant’s warm and friendly atmosphere. The restaurant is family run by Michael and Sule with their children and Michael’s mother and father. Michael’s mother and father came to Wollongong from Turkey in 1973, with their son in tow, determined to try a different lifestyle. The hospitality of this charming family is freely and effortlessly extended to everyone who visits the restaurant. It’s as if they are welcoming you to their family home.

The Belly Dancing
If you book a Friday or Saturday night banquet for your group of 20 or more you’ll also be able to enjoy watching belly dancing. On these nights, in particular, you’ll have the feeling that you’ve been magically transported all the way from Wollongong to an exotic place in Turkey.
